There was a total of 491mm of rain in Valencia province of Spain in just 8 hours which killed many people in Spain. People are isolated in fast flowing flood waters. Some even claim water level has reached certain bridges. Infrastructure are massively destroyed in some places. Communication systems are collapsed badly. It is worst in the region since 1987. Parliament in Spain has cancelled political debates today and has held a minute of silence. Spain’s PM has told the victims that ‘We won’t abandon you’

Cold and Hot air are massively coinciding. Additionally there were lot of droughts in the last year and this lead to the situtation that the soil could not absorb all the water. Sources also suggest that factors like deforestation and urbanization may have exacerbated the impact by reducing the land’s ability to absorb excess water.
